Support for Loop Albania Business, the mobile app for existing Loop business owners and staff.

Signing in

Use your existing Loop business email and password. If your account is not linked to a business, ask your business administrator to add you. The app does not offer account registration or subscription purchases.

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen or reset your password on the Loop website.

Orders and staff access

The app shows today's table and beach orders for your business. Your role, assigned locations and business settings determine which orders and actions you can access. Contact your administrator if an expected tool or permission is missing.

An internet connection is required to load and update orders. If an update fails, reconnect and refresh the order to check its current status before trying again.

Notifications

Push notifications are not available in version 1.0.0. Keep the app open to see live order updates, or use Refresh to load the latest orders.

Language and other business tools

Choose English or Albanian on the sign-in screen or in Account. Other enabled business tools open on the Loop website and may require a separate sign-in.

Privacy and account requests

Read the mobile privacy policy. For account access, correction or deletion requests, contact your business administrator or email support. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the business responsible for the records.
